ArtStart to celebrate fifth anniversary with gala event
Once only a dream of a group of Rhinelander area art enthusiasts, the ArtStart arts and cultural center is celebrating its fifth anniversary with a gala event Feb. 12 at the Northwoods Banquet Center.Social hour, complete with appetizers and a cash bar, will start at 5 p.m. The appetizers will include meatballs, creamy spinach dip, and crunchy water chestnuts wrapped in bacon.
