The annual WXPR Blues Cruise down the Wisconsin River leaves the dock at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, according to a radio station press release.This year's blues artist will be critically acclaimed singer, songwriter, guitarist, and harp player Paul Filipowicz.
