The Rio Olympics are over but local dogs will have a chance to test their speed, agility and diving skills Saturday at the third annual Pawzitive Outdoor Games and Bark for Life.The dual events will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Rhinelander/Oneida County Airport.
