Case against man accused of burglarizing site of double murder headed for trial

A Kaukauna man charged with breaking into a town of Piehl home where two people were murdered in March of 2015 is set to face a jury next month on five felony counts.Mark F. Spietz, 39, was arrested Oct. 22, 2015 on allegations he entered the property of Jennifer and Thomas Ayers on three separate occasions and took numerous items belonging to the family.
