The Oneida County Biking and Walking Trails Council has stepped up to sponsor the forest trail at the Newbold Outdoor Recreation Area."The Trails Council is pleased to be able to be the major sponsor of walking/hiking trail at the Newbold Outdoor Recreation Area," OCBWTC president Jackie Cody said in a press release.
