In an effort to help raise autism and Down syndrome awareness in her community, one St. Germain mom is getting people's attention by catering to one of their strongest urges: their appetites."Cupcake Wednesdays is an idea that I came up with a couple years ago," said Jen Hansen, pharmacist and mother of two sons - Jake, who is on the autism spectrum, and Nolan, who has Down syndrome.
