The 2016 YMCA Teen Character Awards Banquet was held Monday, April 4 at Holiday Acres Resort in Rhinelander. "The evening was filled with inspiration and promise as we honored 24 exceptional young adults from Oneida, Vilas, Forest, Lincoln, and Langlade counties," YMCA of the Northwoods officials said in a press release. "The recipients of this award are living examples of strong moral character, leadership and service dedicated to strengthening their families, schools and communities. We are proud of the 2016 honorees and look forward to see them shine as they move forward with their journeys."
