Helen Mears Art Contest winners announced

ArtStart in Rhinelander is committed to nurturing young artists as is the Rhinelander Woman's Club. To that end, the two organizations came together Thursday to present awards to the winners of the 2016 Helen Farnsworth Mears Art Contest.There were 30 art pieces submitted for this year's contest, a bit more than last year, according to Cindy Goll, co-chair of the contest and secretary of the Rhinelander Woman's Club.
