Lakeland Times reporter committed to outdoor sports in northern Wisconsin
Beckie Joki, a Rhinelander native and writer for the outdoor section of the Lakeland Times and Northwoods River News, was recently awarded the position of sponsorship director for the Wisconsin River Series fishing tournaments. Joki, who still lives in Rhinelander, has been fishing since she was a child and one of her earliest memories is of panfishing with her grandmother and cousin off the dock at her cousin's house.
