Rhinelander woman accused of smuggling heroin into jail

A 20-year-old Rhinelander woman arrested for possession of narcotic drugs, drug paraphernalia and obstructing an officer had a second count of possession of narcotic drugs added to her criminal complaint this week when it was discovered she had smuggled over 2 grams of heroin into the Oneida County jail when she was arrested.
