Bloom grants school's request for restraining order against 'road rage' defendant

A judge on Wednesday granted the Minocqua-Hazelhurst-Lake Tomahawk school a temporary restraining order against a Woodruff man arrested May 16 following an alleged "road rage" incident near the school.
