The mother and daughter team of Judy Nosser and Kim Johnson, owners of Nosser's Stamp and Scrap, have spent the last 24 years at 810 Lincoln Street in Rhinelander, but by the time the sun sets on summer, they will have moved on, closing the store that has been their life for almost a quarter of a century.
