The American Cancer Society Relay For Life is an opportunity to honor cancer survivors, remember those we have lost, and raise funds and awareness to fight against cancer. The 2014 Rhinelander Relay for Life event will begin at Friday with a special proclamation from Mayor Dick Johns.
