RHS grads encouraged to build character and find their sunshine as they head out into the world

The lives of 196 young people changed in the blink of an eye this weekend. The Rhinelander High School Class of 2014 transitioned from students to burgeoning adults with one turn of the tassel Sunday afternoon at Mike Webster Stadium.
