Trig's Smokehouse already holds the distinction of making the "World's Best Brat," but that doesn't mean workers there aren't working to improve their skills. With that in mind, Trig's recently sent its Smokehouse manager, Jamie Cline, down to Madison to take the Master Meat Crafter program held at the UW-Madison.
