Rhinelander's Schmidt continues football career as part of Northwestern coaching staff
Jacob Schmidt sat in the stands at Welsh-Ryan Arena last Thursday night, watching the Northwestern Wildcats basketball team take on the Wisconsin Badgers. Although hailing from Rhinelander where Badger fans are a heavy majority, Schmidt was sporting his Wildcat purple.
