Losch outlines plan to improve charter school

After reaching the "meets expectations" category on its 2012-'13 Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction school report card, the Northwoods Community Secondary School (NCSS) fell a level in 2013-'14 to "meets few expectations," prompting charter school administrator Wil Losch and his staff to create an improvement plan.
