For a coach who was recently inducted into the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association Hall of Fame, success has been hard to come by at Rhinelander High School for Jim Moore. Just 18-50 in seven seasons at the helm, Moore has decided to employ a different psychological strategy in hopes of turning things around.
