Losch outlines plan to improve charter school
After reaching the "meets expectations" category on its 2012-'13 Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction school report card, the Northwoods Community Secondary School (NCSS) fell a level in 2013-'14 to "meets few expectations," prompting charter school administrator Wil Losch and his staff to create an improvement plan. The Rhinelander First Tech Challenge (FTC) Robotic Team is well into the robotic design phase of this year's challenge with sights set high for another strong showing at the state competition held at UW-Milwaukee in February.

The Ministry Medical Group internal medicine, family practice and pediatric departments recently held a school supply drive and Crescent Elementary School in Rhinelander was the lucky beneficiary after a selection process by associates.
