Five James Williams Middle School students have qualified to compete in the National History Day state competition.

Every January the Rhinelander High School FBLA/DECA club sponsors a schoolwide spirit week that includes a "miracle minute" collection to benefit a local charitable organization.

Nicolet College automotive technician student Tony Malek recently received a scholarship from the Wisconsin Automobile and Truck Association Foundation and Snap-On Tools that includes up to $750 a semester for tuition and a collection of Snap-on Tools valued at more than $4,000.
