Winnicki, Hecks among award winners at RHS girls' swim banquet

Winnicki finished seventh in the state in the 500-yard freestyle Friday night at the UW-Natatorium in Madison. She set a personal-best time of 5 minutes, 18.84 seconds in the event - finishing one spot and 2.74 seconds off the podium.
