Hodag spikers fall flat in home finale

Jonus Sabani scored twice in the final 13 minutes Tuesday night as the Hodags clinched a share of the conference title with a 3-2 win over Mosinee at Mike Webster Stadium.

Lightning prompted race officials to cancel the girls' portion of the Northland Pines Invitational. Rhinelander's Alayna Franson, seeking her first win of the year, was the leader when the race was called.
