The Rhinelander High School boys' basketball team made it a clean sweep against Ashland Wednesday, Dec. 28 at the Jim Miazga Community Gymnasium. Not only did the Hodags rout Ashland 85-46 in the varsity contest, Rhinelander scored a 52-44 win in the JV game and took the JV2 contest, 60-43.
Offensive breakthrough
Rhinelander knocked down 11 3-pointers and shot a season-best 59.6% from the field in an 85-46 win over Ashland Wednesday at the Jim Miazga Community Gymnasium.
Team Preview: RHS/Northland Pines Alpine skiing
The Rhinelander/Northland Pines Alpine Ski and Snowboard team is three-time defending Northern champions in both boys' skiing and boys' snowboarding. With strong numbers on both sides, the Hodags could be in line for another repeat performance this year.
