Betty Jean Anderson

Betty Jean Anderson, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother peacefully went home to be with the Lord on October 17, 2026 in Rhinelander, Wisconsin at the age of 95.

She was born on June 30, 1931 in Henderson Texas to parents Apton and Ollie Jean Lake. In 1953, she married the love of her life, Robert Anderson. She was a kind and caring woman who touched the lives of many. She will be remembered for her selfless sacrifice for the sake of others and her unwavering devotion to Jesus Christ.

Betty was deeply devoted to her family and cherished the time spent with her loved ones. Betty is survived by her son, Mark (Susan) Anderson and Jack (Gayle) Anderson. She will also be lovingly remembered by her granddaughter, Rachel (Lucien) Minot and husband, Lucien, daughter-in-law Diane Ge and her grandchildren Rachel, Meadow, John, Tim, Abby, Robert, Stacey, Bryce and Cherish and their spouses along with her 26 great grandchildren. Betty was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Anderson, her daughter, Patricia Ann Gerow, her grandson, Matt Anderson, and her brothers, Jack, Bo, Liz Lou, and Bill Lake.

Visitation for Betty will be held on Friday, October 23, 2026 from 9 to 11 a.m. with funeral services following at 11 a.m., all at the Grace Foursquare Church. Interment will follow in the Northland Memorial Park Cemetery. A memorial is being established in Betty's name and any gifts may be directed to her family.
