A sex offender convicted of possession of child pornography was released from prison last Tuesday, May 5, and will reside in Rhinelander, the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office announced that day.

Kyle Lee Wickersham, 38, was convicted of three counts of Possession of Child Pornography in Marathon County (case 19CF1037). He’s expected to reside at 4143 County Highway W in Rhinelander.

A lifetime Sex Offender Registrant and mandated to be on GPS monitoring for life, Wickersham will be monitored by the Department of Corrections Probation and Parole Office in Rhinelander in correlation with the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Sex Offender-Monitoring Program, the OCSO release reports.

It also says Wickersham has various conditions to abide by while on supervision, including:

• No unsupervised contact with minors.

• He must comply with standard Sex Offender Rules.

• He must cooperate with electronic monitoring and comply with all requirements set in place for Lifetime Registrants of the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry.

Detective Sergeant Gary Loduha may be contacted with any questions at 715-361-5163.
