Daniel Joseph Landwer, 45, Junction City, is charged with modifying a snowmobile to exceed noise emissions, intake on March 23 at 9:30 a.m.

Shawn D. Mueller, 30, Rhinelander, is charged with operating an ATV/UTV on private property without consent, intake on March 23 at 9:30 a.m.

James Gerald Schaffitzel, 57, Janesville, is charged with failure to comply with signs while operating a snowmobile, intake on March 23 at 9:30 a.m.

Robert Joseph Solberg, 41, Crivitz, is charged with modifying a snowmobile to exceed noise emissions, intake on March 23 at 9:30 a.m.

Averie Makenna West, 18, Rhinelander, is charged with underage drinking (procurement; 17-20 years of age; 1st), intake on April 13 at 9:30 a.m.

Melissa Mae Klumpp, 42, Taylor, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, intake on March 23 at 2:30 p.m.

Julian Colin Schlottman, 37, Rhinelander, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, intake on March 23 at 2:30 p.m.

Gina Rose Paczkowski, 27, Woodruff, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, intake on April 6 at 9:30 a.m.

Hayden Gene Wechlo, 22, Colgate, is charged with modifying a snowmobile to exceed noise emissions, intake on April 27 at 9:30 a.m.

Thomas Andrew Nelson, 66, Woodruff, is charged with operating a snowmobile with a PAC (1st), intake on March 31 at 11:00 a.m.

Ian Earle Leonard Sandison, 28, Pelican Lake, is charged with disorderly conduct and bail jumping (felony), adjourned initial appearance on March 20 at 11:30 a.m. and a cash bond of $10,000.

Dale Michael Raether, 37, Janesville, is charged with failure to comply with signs while operating a snowmobile, operating a snowmobile while intoxicated, and refusing to take a breathalyzer as a snowmobiler, intake on March 23 at 9:30 a.m.
