Roger V. Stone, 53, Lac du Flambeau, is charged with possession of marijuana, intake on April 13 at 9:30 a.m.

Alexander Craig Willett, 40, Port Byron, Ill., is charged with operating a snowmobile with a PAC (1st), intake on April 13 at 9:30 a.m.

Zachary Theodore McCormick, 33, New London, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, intake on April 6 at 9:30 a.m.

Michelle Renee Skinner, 62, Rhinelander, is charged with shoplifting (<$500), intake on April 13 at 9:30 a.m.

Vivian Joy Counter, 79, Rhinelander, is charged with shoplifting (<$500), intake on April 13 at 9:30 a.m.

Thomas Earl Bartelme, 43, Rhinelander, is charged with bail jumping (felony), adjourned initial appearance on March 26 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $5,000.

David L. Torkelson Jr., 28, Three Lakes, is charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse, threat), adjourned initial appearance on April 20 at 2:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $150.

Colton Kenneth Alfson, 28, Whitelaw, is charged with operating a snowmobile without a trail sticker, intake on March 23 at 9:30 a.m.

Joseph Anthony Novotny, 45, Lebanon, is charged with modifying a snowmobile to exceed noise emissions, intake on March 23 at 9:30 a.m.

James R. Kieweg, 34, Woodruff, is charged with possession of a firearm (convicted of an out-of-state felony), adjourned initial appearance on April 6 at 2:00 p.m. and a signature bond of $2,500.

Marquis Donita Moore, 43, Milwaukee, is charged with carrying a concealed weapon and operating a firearm while intoxicated, adjourned initial appearance on April 6 at 3:15 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.
