Interactive Passover presentation set for March 23

Calvary Baptist Church in Rhinelander plans to host “Christ in the Passover: An Interactive Experience” at 6:30 p.m. Monday, March 23.

The presentation, led by Jennifer Razzouk of Jews for Jesus, illustrates the connection between the Jewish feast of Passover and the last supper Jesus shared with his disciples, according to a press release.

Attendees will be guided through elements of a traditional seder, including tasting symbolic foods. The presentation weaves together the story of the exodus and themes of freedom from slavery with the messianic beliefs central to Jesus’ life, death and resurrection.
