Seasonal weight restrictions expected soon

Oneida County’s seasonal weight restrictions on county highways are expected to begin soon, according to a press release from the highway department. Officials are advising drivers and businesses to prepare in advance.

The county will post notice on its website when the restrictions take effect. A list of affected roads is available on the highway department webpage at www.oneidacountywi.gov/departments/hd/.

“We appreciate the public’s cooperation in protecting our large investments in our county roads,” the release stated.
