Susan Dawn Wolf

Susan D. Wolf, 73, of the Town of Pelican, passed away at home on Saturday morning, July 4, 2026.

Sue was born and raised in Tomahawk. She was united in marriage to Thomas Richard Olson Sr. in Tomahawk. They later divorced. Susan was employed in the laundry department at Taylor Park Nursing Home. She began living in the Rhinelander area in 1993, moving from Wausau. She was united in marriage to Dennis Wolf in 1998.

Sue had been a member of a pool league and dart league.

She loved to go fishing and camping, but most of all she loved her animals and spending time with her family.

She will be dearly missed by her husband, Dennis, children, Roger Olson of Tomahawk, and Ken (Gloria) Olson Sr. of Rhinelander, eight grandchildren, Carley (David) Fier, Jake (Mariol) Riiser, Trevor Olson, Jaydin Olson, Tiffany Wiebe, Shawna (Devin) Ellis, Mary Bailey, and Ken Olson Jr., five great-grandchildren, siblings, Randy (Judy) Wiebe, Kim (Jim) Kauffman, and Billy Wiebe. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, a son, Tom Olson, granddaughter, Aubrey Olson, two sisters, Carla Bosinske, and Deb Minder, and by one brother, Skip (Bonnie) Wiebe.

A Celebration of Susan’s Life will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, July 18, 2026 at the home of Susan and Dennis Wolf, located at 4686 Hilltop Road, Rhinelander.
