Learn to play Mahjong at the Y

Mahjong (or Mah Jongg) is a traditional Chinese tile-based game that involves a combination of skill, strategy, and a bit of luck. The objective of the game is to form a complete set of tiles, known as a “Mahjong,” which consists of specific combinations of tile groups.

“Debbie and Deanna are excellent instructors,” said Marilyn Duschl. “And very patient.” 

You will be learning the American style of Mahjong. 

The four-week session will be held on Wednesdays from noon to 2:30 p.m. beginning Jan. 21 at the YMCA of the Northwoods. Registration is required.
