A community benefit to support Cole Quandt, who lost his home and all of his belongings in a fire on Thanksgiving morning, will be held from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 18, at the Pine Lake Town Hall, 4197 River Road.

Quandt, who escaped the fire with his two dogs, said he is grateful for the outpouring of support he has received in the weeks following the loss. Organizers say the upcoming event is an opportunity for the community to continue helping him rebuild and return to a sense of normalcy.

Attendees can enjoy a Manwich or hot dog meal, browse a baked‑goods sale and take part in basket raffles. All proceeds will go toward helping Quandt and his dogs recover from the fire.
