Sheryl Marie Cassity

Sheryl Marie Cassity, 78, of Rhinelander, died on February 2, 2026 at the Seasons of Life Hospice in Woodruff. She was born on March 26, 1947 in Racine, the daughter of Robert and Bernice (Albright) Johnson.

Sheryl was raised in Racine and attended schools there. She married Robert Cassity on November 2, 1979, and he preceded her in death on February 14, 2013. She remained in the Racine area until moving to Rhinelander in 2022 and has lived here since. She was employed as a manager at Kohl’s. In her spare time, she enjoyed playing Bingo, going to the casino and reading. 

Sheryl is survived by her daughter Lori Tushoski, her sons Brian (Caroline) Acklam, John (Peggy) Acklam and Daniel (Cresencia) Cassity, her grandchildren Stephanie Acklam, Jaxsen Cassity and Joslyn Cassity, her brother Thomas (Sue) Johnson and her special friends Linda Bushman and Marisel Hampson. In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by her parents and her son in law Robert Tushoski.
