Oneida County Court Report

The following cases were recently filed or heard in Oneida County Circuit Court from Jan. 27 to Feb. 2:

Kurtis S. Cline, 42, Rhinelander, is charged with bail jumping (felony), adjourned initial appearance on March 13 at 9:30 a.m. and a cash bond of $5,000.

Fallon Destiny Nicole Brown, 25, Three Lakes, is charged with possession of THC, adjourned initial appearance on March 2 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Cvetan Matevski, 52, Woodruff, is charged with shoplifting/retail theft (Restitution $7.59; ACE Hardware), intake on March 9 at 9:30 a.m.

Thomas Andrew Nelson, 66, Woodruff, is charged with operating a snowmobile while intoxicated; with failure to comply with signs while operating a snowmobile, failure to attach snowmobile registration decal/trail use sticker, blocking a state highway/snowmobile race, etc., and illegal snowmobile operation on a highway, status conference on Feb. 23 at 2:30 p.m.

Daniel Raymond Ivanoski, 25, Argonne, is charged with failure to attach snowmobile registration decal/trail use sticker, intake on Feb. 23 at 9:30 a.m.

Jacob Daniel Krause, 29, La Crosse, is charged with disorderly conduct (causing a disturbance).

Margarita Louise Peters, 39, Lac du Flambeau, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, intake on Feb. 2 at 2:02 p.m.

Daniel James Barber, 26, Rhinelander, is charged with an OWI (2nd), possession of methamphetamines, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of an illegally obtained prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia, adjourned initial appearance on March 23 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $2,500.

Joshua J. Dremler, 46, Merrill, is charged with possession of methamphetamines (repeater) and bail jumping (misdemeanor), adjourned initial appearance on March 23 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $3,000.
