Enchanted Library after-hours for adults at Rhinelander District Library

The Rhinelander District Library invites the public to Enchanted Library, an after-hours, adults-only celebration of fantasy, folklore, and whimsy on Saturday, Feb. 7, 1 to 3 p.m. Designed to spark nostalgia and imagination, this event offers a magical escape for grown-up guests. Come in and choose your quests!

• Explore a transformed library filled with twinkle lights, fantasy book displays, and Renaissance-inspired decor.

• Fuel your quest with fantasy-themed snacks.

• Make an Altoid Tin Apothecary, a Fairy Catcher Jar, or a Mushroom Terrarium craft.

• Join a dragon egg scavenger hunt.

• Get a bookish tarot consultation to decide which fantasy book you should read next.

• Get your hair braided by hairdresser Ann Parsons and take photos at a cottagecore, or medieval, inspired photo backdrop .

• Enjoy a dance to medieval music.

• Try a LitRPG tabletop game with Magic Man Games.

• Play a Fantasy Trivia session.

Guests are encouraged to come in costume as their favorite monarch, halfling, outlaw, dragon rider, mushroom, or other fantasy/woodland character. This event is free and no registration is required. For ages 18+.
