Hodags’ Feck selected for WBCA All-Star Game
Rhinelander High School senior Devon Feck has been selected to take part in the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association Division 2 boys’ All-Star Game June 25 in Wisconsin Dells.
The event, which will feature many of the state’s top senior boys’ and girls’ basketball players, benefit five charities in the state — MACC Fund: Supporting childhood cancer and blood disorder research. Easter Seals: Providing services for individuals with disabilities and special needs. Ronald McDonald House: Offering a home away from home for families of seriously ill children. Garding Against Cancer: Fighting cancer through research, patient care, and support. Hometown Heroes: Honoring and supporting military veterans and first responders.
Players and coaches selected to take part in the event are tasked to raise money for the charities.
“I’m honored to be selected for the WBCA All-Star Games,” Feck shared via social media. “This event brings together players from across the state, and it also raises real money for five charities that do important work in our communities. Thank you for cheering me on through high school and for every game, practice, and early morning. If you are able to donate, you will help me participate in something bigger than basketball and support causes that matter long after the final buzzer.”

Feck was a unanimous first-team all-conference selection in the Great Northern this winter and shared player of the year honors in the league with Mylo Albrecht of Northland Pines. Feck led the Hodags averaging 19.7 points and 5.2 assists per game. He shot 46.9% from 3-point range this season.
Feck is the first Hodag boy to take part in the All-Star Game since Jacksen Smith in 2022. Ava Lamers and coach Ryan Clark took part in the WBCA D2 girls’ All-Star game in 2023.
The Hodags went 22-4 on the season, won a share of the Great Northern Conference title and advanced to the regional final round of the WIAA tournament.
