The following cases were recently filed or heard in Oneida County Circuit Court from April 7 to April 13:

Christina Louise Peterson, 49, Rhinelander, is charged with contributing to truancy, intake on April 20 at 9:30 a.m.

Nikki Jean Stanley, 34, Pelican Lake, is charged with having an animal running at large (1st offense), intake on May 4 at 9:30 a.m.

Lindsey Mae Smith, 36, Rhinelander, is charged with burning without a permit (intensive area), intake on April 27 at 9:30 a.m.

Melissa Margaret Christensen, 48, Lac du Flambeau, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, intake on May 4 at 9:30 a.m.

Sally Marie Pagel, 41, Park Falls, is charged with shoplifting (over $200, restitution $32.06), intake on June 8 at 9:30 a.m.

Kara G. Hunt, 17, Rhinelander, is charged with possession of marijuana, intake on May 11 at 9:30 a.m.

Monte Joseph Powless-Perez, 25, Wabeno, is charged with trespassing to land (remaining after notice), intake on May 11 at 9:30 a.m.

Shaina Raine Shepard, 18, Laona, is charged with shoplifting (<$500.00), intake on May 11 at 9:30 a.m.

James J. Mahler, 78, Hazelhurst, is charged with an OWI (3rd), adjourned initial appearance on May 5 at 9:15 a.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Alexander John Winburn, 26, Elcho, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, intake on May 4 at 9:30 a.m.

Scott C. Johns, 59, Minocqua, is charged with operating a snowmobile with a PAC (1st), intake on May 6 at 3:15 p.m.

Heidi M. Lynch, 42, Rhinelander, is charged with theft of movable property (<=$2,500), possess/illegally obtained prescription, and possession of methamphetamines, adjourned initial appearance on May 4 at 2:00 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Emily Ann Powless, 21, Rhinelander, is charged with an OWI (2nd with a passenger < 16 years old) and bail jumping (felony), adjourned initial appearance on April 21 at 2:00 p.m. and a signature bond of $3,500.

Noah K. Juedes, 38, Rhinelander, is charged with bail jumping (felony and misdemeanor) and retail theft (intentionally concealing, <=$500), initial appearance on April 27 at 1:30 p.m.

Timothy Leroy Johnson, 60, Eagle River, is charged with an OWI (3rd), adjourned initial appearance on May 11 at 2:45 p.m. and a signature bond of $3,500.

Roger Roy Morken, 52, Rhinelander, is charged with the sale, etc. of an endangered animal, intake on May 18 at 9:30 a.m.

Brandon Lee Lapalm, 38, Rhinelander, is charged with trespassing to land, intake on May 18 at 9:30 a.m.

Keith John Neddo, 41, Rhinelander, is charged with trespassing to land and possession of drug paraphernalia, intake on May 11 at 9:30 a.m.

James R. Trumbull Jr., 54, Bartlett, Ill., is charged with disorderly conduct, intake on June 8 at 9:30 a.m.

Deshaun Simpson, 23, Kenosha, is charged with criminal damage to property, intake on April 13 at 1:56 p.m. and a cash bond of $350.
