Terrance A. "Terry" Grams, of Bryant, died on October 21, 2025 at Wausau Aspirus Hospital surrounded by his loved ones. He was 66 years old. He was born on November 9, 1958 in Laona, a son of Eugene and Cecelia (Skidmore) Grams. He married Susan Schultz on July 30, 2023 in Homer, Alaska.
He was a graduate of Antigo High School Class of 1977, and was on the 1976 State Championship Football team. Terry went to Wausau Tech and graduated with a Residential Design Degree, then attended Cardinal Stritch for his Bachelors and Masters in business. He was the owner of Barden's Builders and For K's Plaza "Building for their future" in Rhinelander, specializing in commercial and residential construction.
In 1981 Terry married Lora Welnetz. They had four children together, and later divorced. Terry reconnected with his high school classmate Susan in 2022. They cherished the time they spent together and especially when they traveled to Alaska, Hawaii, and Laughlin. Terry constantly reminded Susan how much he loved her.
He enjoyed deer hunting with his family at the shack. Terry a fisherman and a master of solitaire. Terry loved to ride his Harley, and went on a multitude of group rides, covering many miles. Throughout the years, as a family they enjoyed many weekends at the cottage on Pelican Lake, family vacations, and camping. He had a very special place in his heart for his dog Harley.
In addition to his wife, survivors include four daughters, Katie (Jason) Kremer of Rhinelander, Kristin (Jeff) Wheeler of North Augusta, SC, Kari (Cory) Kreitlow of Rhinelander, and Kelsey (Sam) Zeske of Rhinelander; ten grandchildren, Jaxson, Brooklynn, Alayna, Caroline, Wyatt, Tucker, Turner, Kyrah, Brynley, and Eleanor; sister, Cheryl (Joe) Hayes of Fond du Lac; nephews, Sean Hayes of Milwaukee and Kevin Hayes of Madison; niece, Danielle Kuss of Neenah; sister-in-law, Colette Grams of Rhinelander; Terry is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, James Grams; and infant brother, Robert Grams.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 8, at 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
