Rhinelander High School's homecoming week festivities kicked off early last week with the annual Powderpuff football games, the school bonfire and the Spike volleyball games.

Powderpuff football

The annual Powderpuff football games took place Monday, Oct. 7 at Mike Webster Stadium. The seniors rallied to defeat the juniors 14-8 in the main event while the freshman took the undercard against the sophomores, 24-0.

Spike Volleyball

The annual Spike volleyball games took place Wednesday, Oct. 9 at Mike Webster Stadium. The seniors and juniors defeated the freshmen and sophomores, respectively, to reach the championship match. The juniors took the title game in three sets after the second set was decided in a marathon, 34-32.
