Sage J. Snow, 17, Lac du Flambeau, is charged with possession of marijuana, intake on Dec. 8 at 9:30 a.m.

Virginia Annette Marie Beson, 22, Lac du Flambeau, is charged with shoplifting (under $200; restitution $112.29, Walmart), intake on Jan. 12, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.

Nazar Brian Lenz, 23, Minocqua, is charged with shoplifting (under $200; restitution $24.95; Kwik Trip) and shoplifting (under $200; restitution $269; Walmart), intake on Jan. 12, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.

Nicholas J. Johnson, 35, Minocqua, is charged with trespassing to land, intake on Jan. 12, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.

Patrick Emmett Meyer, 64, Lake Tomahawk, is charged with a failure to keep records as required/fail to keep accurate records/provide incorrect info and placing/using/hunt wild animals with bait (<5 gallons), intake on Dec. 29 at 9:30 a.m.

Cynthia Sue Kuckkahn, 32, Lake Tomahawk, is charged with bail jumping (misdemeanor), adjourned initial appearance on Dec. 9 at 3 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Nathon R. Hedges, 35, Tomahawk, is charged with disorderly conduct, adjourned initial appearance on Dec. 22 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Michael Leroy Parker, 30, Harshaw, is charged with an OWI (2nd), adjourned initial appearance on Dec. 22 at 3:45 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Jamie Lynn Butler, 36, Pelican Lake, is charged with an OWI (2nd), ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order, and operating while revoked (rev due to alc/contr subst/refusal), adjourned initial appearance on Dec. 22 at 2 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Jessica M. Kitzke, 41, Three Lakes, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, cash bond of $200.

Jeffrey Johnathan Samuelson, 27, Waukesha, is charged with operating an ATV off the designated trail, intake on Dec. 29 at 9:30 a.m.

Mark C. Spatt, 68, Three Lakes, is charged with placing/using/hunting wild animals with bait (<5 gallons), intake on Dec. 29 at 9:30 a.m.

Herbert E. Clause Jr., 41, Lac du Flambeau, is charged with shoplifting (under $200; restitution $61.89; Walmart), intake on Jan. 12, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.
