The Barricade Boys to perform Nov. 15 in Eagle River

According to a press release, the Headwaters Council for the Performing Arts will present the second show of its 2025–26 performance season Saturday, Nov. 15, at 7 p.m. in the Northland Pines High School Auditorium.

The featured act, The Barricade Boys, is a theatrical vocal group from London’s West End known for “powerhouse vocals, slick dance routines and an incredible array of varied music that will transport you back through every era, right up to modern day,” the release stated. The concert will include songs from musicals such as “Les Miserables,” “Phantom of the Opera,” “Sound of Music” and “Mama Mia.”

Tickets are $35 and available at Eagle River Roasters, online at HCPApresents.com, or at the door beginning at 3 p.m. the day of the show. Seating is general admission. The venue is fully accessible.

Pre-show entertainment begins at 6:15 p.m. in the auditorium lobby, featuring Eagle River musicians Gerry and Laura Plank performing classic rock, smooth jazz and blues. Gerry will play saxophone, flute and keyboard, with vocals and additional instrumentation by Laura.

The event will also include raffle basket drawings, with items donated by local businesses and season ticket holders. Raffle tickets will be sold in the lobby for $5 each or five for $20. Winners will be announced during intermission.
