The following cases were recently filed or heard in Oneida County Circuit Court from Sept. 23 to Sept. 29:

Beau Louis Jack, 18, Lac du Flambeau, is charged with operating a firearm while intoxicated and carrying a concealed weapon, adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 10 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Joseph J. Poupart, 38, Lac du Flambeau, is charged with resisting/obstructing an officer (repeater), adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 10 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Crystal Lou Dean, 37, Tomahawk, is charged with possession of a controlled substance (repeater), adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 10 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $500.

Robert Allen Jacobs, 58, Hayward, is charged with disorderly conduct (motor vehicle), status conference on Oct. 8 at 2 p.m.

Eric Thomas Semling, 38, Eagle River, is charged with attempted 2nd degree sexual assault of child, using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, child enticement (sexual contact), and soliciting intimate representation from a minor, adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 10 at 2:30 p.m. and a cash bond of $10,000.

Caleb James Meyer, 31, Gleason, is charged with bail jumping (felony), adjourned initial appearance on Oct. 10 at 10:30 a.m. and a cash bond of $50,000.

Johnathan Xavior Stromblad, 26, Rib Lake, is charged with using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime and attempted 2nd degree sexual assault of child, adjourned initial appearance on Oct. 1 at 1:15 p.m. and a cash bond of $25,000.

Douglas Lee Fawley, 42, Wisconsin Rapids, is charged with resisting/obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct, adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 10 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Scott Douglas Cline, 41, Lake Tomahawk, is charged with resisting/obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct, pre-trial conference on Nov. 19 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Jenna Rose Philbrick, 29, Eagle River, is charged with an OWI (2nd), adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 10 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Deanna Audrey Rifenburgh, 43, Rhinelander, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, intake on Sept. 29 at 2 p.m.

Jeffrey Michael Fryczynski, 47, Oshkosh, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, intake on Nov. 3 at 9:30 a.m.

Martha J. Brunk, 36, Rhinelander, is charged with disorderly conduct (county/municipality), intake on Nov. 3 at 9:30 a.m.

Jay W. Lloyd, 41, Rhinelander, is charged with bail jumping (felony, repeater) and theft of movable property; <=$2,500; PTAC, as a Party to a Crime; repeater), arrest warrant issued against them.

Robert Franklin Clark Jr., 51, Minocqua, is charged with violating a harassment restraining order and bail jumping (misdemeanor), adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 3 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Christopher J. Klaver, 47, Rhinelander, is charged with repeated sexual assault of the same child (at least 3 violations of 1st or 2nd degree sexual assault), adjourned initial appearance on Oct. 9 at 9 a.m. and a cash bond of $100,000.

Lashawn T. Logan, 42, Fond Du Lac, is charged with criminal damage to property and bail jumping (felony and misdemeanor), adjourned initial appearance on Nov. 3 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,500.

Rusty A. Bauknecht, 32, Three Lakes, is charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), adjourned initial appearance on Oct. 15 at 11:15 a.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.
