Electronic recycling event in Newbold Nov. 8
Got some old not in use electronics collecting dust? Why not give them a new life!
The town of Newbold and COM2 Recycling Solutions is holding a free electronics recycling event. Anyone can recycle electronics, you don’t have to be a Newbold resident. It’s also free to recycle.
If interested, the event is at 4588 State Highway 70 and 4608 Apperson Drive from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
COM2 will be accepting computers, laptops, printers, keyboards, mice, fax machines, phones, TVs, tablets, gaming consoles, DVD players, VCRs, microwaves and more!
Any hazardous materials, like batteries, paint, medical waste, or items containing freon, like refrigerators and air conditioners, or any radioactive materials will not be accepted.
Pack your vehicle full! There are no restrictions on the number or weight of items a person can donate.
