Skip Dulin, commander of Disabled Army Veterans Post 62 presents Alivia Barthels-Cheslock with the 2025 Veterans Council Scholarship during the Rhinelander Memorial Day ceremony at Rhinelander High School Monday, May 26. Barthels-Cheslock then took to the podium and recited the Gettysburg Address.
