Susan Marie Feight

Susan Marie Feight, 68, of Pinellas Park, Fla., passed away peacefully at home on April 20, 2025.

Born on October 23, 1956, to Clifford and Patricia (Isley) Barber, Susan grew up in Rhinelander. She graduated from Rhinelander High School in 1976 and later dedicated her career to caregiving, a calling that reflected the warmth she shared with those around her.

Susan’s life was woven with simple joys: the comforting rhythm of cooking, the friendly competition of a pool game, and the cherished moments spent with friends and grandchildren. These everyday pleasures became threads in the tapestry of a life well-lived.

She is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Mandy (Kian) Williams-Feight of Largo, Fla., and Shelby Feight of Pinellas Park, Fla.; her grandchildren Ziana and Cheyenne Williams of Florida; Aaliyah Carland of Rhinelander; and Michael Goller of Florida. She also leaves her mother, Patricia, brothers, Dennis (Susan) Barber and James Barber of Rhinelander; her sister, Jeanne (Ken) Claflin; and extended family and dear friends who will miss her presence deeply.

Susan was preceded in death by her father, Clifford Barber.

Her spirit lives on in the hearts she touched — each memory a quiet echo of love. May her memory bring comfort to those who knew her.

The combined visitation for Susan and Patricia will be held on Thursday afternoon, May 22, at the Hildebrand Funeral Home, 24 E. Davenport Street, from 2 until the 3 p.m. memorial service. Michael Harvey will be officiating.

Inurnment will take place at a later date at Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Cemetery.
