Marlene Faye Lange

Marlene Faye Lange, 75, of Rhinelander, died on March 17, 2025, at the Cumberland Heights in Rhinelander. She was born on October 28, 1949, in Rhinelander, the daughter of Frank and Evelyn (Gauthier) Garrow. Marlene attended schools in Rhinelander. She then worked at the Wall Street Pancake House for many years and then at Headwaters Inc for a number of years.

Marlene married Raymond Lange on June 29, 1985, in Rhinelander and they were blessed with nearly 40 years of marriage. Raymond preceded Marlene in death on January 14 of this year.

Marlene was a longtime member of the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church. She enjoyed playing cards, doing latch hooking, puzzles and listening to music. She is survived by her sister Lois Garrow, her brothers Wayne and Frank Garrow and her nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation for Marlene will be held on Tuesday, March 25, from 10 to 11 a.m., with funeral services following at 11 a.m., all at the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church. Reverend Karl Schultz will be officiating. Interment will be in the Northland Memorial Park Cemetery. The Carlson Funeral Home, 715-369-1414, is handling the arrangements for Marlene’s family.
