Crews from Musson Brothers of Rhinelander began some of the initial work last week on School District of Rhinelander facility upgrades approved by voters in a 2024 referendum. According to a district memo, work began to install new gas and electric service to the tech ed wing of the building. The construction affects some student and staff parking on the south and east sides of the high school. In the memo, district administrator Eric Burke said a formal groundbreaking on the project, which includes upgrades at RHS and James Williams Middle School, will take place later this spring.
