Park City Credit Union announced its merger with Wood County Employees Credit Union, a move that expands its footprint into Wood and Portage counties. The merger will provide Wood County members with access to a wider range of financial products, improved digital banking tools, and a more extensive network of branches and ATMs.

“This merger is a natural fit for both organizations,” said Val Mindak, president and CEO of Park City Credit Union. “We share a deep commitment to our members and the communities we serve. By joining forces, we’re not only expanding our reach, but we’re also strengthening our ability to deliver exceptional value, personalized service, and innovative financial solutions to even more people.”

Officials expect the transition to be seamless for members of both credit unions. Wood County members will soon begin to enjoy the enhanced services available through Park City Credit Union as the organizations integrate their operations

Park City Credit Union said the merger reflects its ongoing financial strength and commitment to serving communities across Wisconsin.
