Rhinelander Chamber welcomes new café with ribbon cutting

The Rhinelander Area Chamber Ambassadors recently held a ribbon cutting ceremony for Crimson Café, welcoming new owners Kelsy and Alex Bontz.

Located in downtown Rhinelander at 108 East Davenport Street, Crimson Café has been a favorite local restaurant and coffee shop. Now under the ownership of the Bontz family, the cafe continues to serve its signature dishes and drinks with expanded hours.

Kelsy shared their excitement about taking on this new venture. With plans to introduce a few new offerings (merchandise, breakfast options and seasonal specials) while keeping the local favorites, they’re excited to build on the cafe’s strong roots.

Crimson Café is open Monday through Saturday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Their phone number is 715-362-8994. They have an exterior patio space that does allow pets.
