The following cases were recently filed or heard in Oneida County Circuit Court from June 24 to June 30:

Christine Dianne Ketterhagen, 41, Hazelhurst, is charged with disorderly conduct, adjourned initial appearance on July 21 at 11:00 a.m. and a cash bond of $350.

Todd D. Dumpprope, 37, Rhinelander, is charged with operating with a restricted controlled substance (3rd), initial appearance on July 7 at 1:30 p.m.

Mason A. Keso, 21, Rhinelander, is charged with bail jumping (felony), adjourned initial appearance on Aug. 4 at 2:30 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,200.

Nicolas A. Kultgen, 48, Rhinelander, is charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), bail jumping (misdemeanor), and making contact after domestic abuse arrest, adjourned initial appearance on July 15 at 9:30 a.m. and a signature bond of $1,000.

Michael James Schaub, 45, Fond du Lac, is charged with fishing without a license (R), intake on July 28 at 9:30 a.m.

Philip Raymond Reich, 83, Rhinelander, is charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), adjourned initial appearance on July 21 at 3:45 p.m. and a signature bond of $1,000. 

Brandon Joseph Chagnon, 24, Rhinelander, is charged with possession of THC (ordinance violation), intake on July 14 at 9:30 a.m.

Melissa Lynn Higgins, 36, Harshaw, is charged with having a dog running at large (2+), intake on July 14 at 9:30 a.m.

Ashley Nicole Johnson, 33, Rhinelander, is charged with public peace and good order (bullying and harassment), intake on July 14 at 9:30 a.m.

Tiffany Maree Jovanovic, 33, Rhinelander, is charged with resisting/obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, intake on July 14 at 9:30 a.m.
